What to Expect from Bicycle Servicing

At Spoke House, service begins with a bicycle intake and a mechanical inspection. We review the condition of the frame, wheels, brakes, gears, and drivetrain so the work can be scoped clearly before anything starts.

Common requests include a safety inspection, a standard tune-up, brake adjustment, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. If replacement parts are needed, they are quoted separately after compatibility and price are confirmed.

Clear inspections, practical repairs, and careful follow-up.

A simple workshop process for everyday cyclists, families, and leisure riders.

We do not promise a final repair price before inspection, and we do not confirm parts, brands, colors, or completion dates until availability has been checked. Any additional work is approved before it is carried out.

After repairs and adjustments are complete, the bicycle goes through a quality check and a post-service function review. Collection includes a service summary that explains what was done and what was noted during the visit.
