Service Scope
Spoke House provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspections, tune-ups, brake service, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any final scope depends on the bicycle’s condition after intake and inspection, and additional work will be carried out only with approval where required.

Fees and Parts
Prices for labour are determined after initial inspection, and replacement parts are quoted separately. Parts are ordered only after compatibility and price confirmation, and availability, brand, colour, and completion timing are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Booking and Completion
Service timing is estimated on a case-by-case basis and may vary with the condition of the bicycle, parts availability, and workshop workload. No same-day repair is promised unless the appointment and required parts have been confirmed, and collection is subject to completion of the agreed work and quality check.

Service work is performed with reasonable care, but no service can guarantee that a bicycle will be completely safe, failure-proof, or suitable for every road condition. To the extent permitted by law, Spoke House is not responsible for losses arising from pre-existing defects, misuse, improper maintenance, or conditions outside its control.
